The road to Cedar Grove.

This is a view of the road that descends into Cedar Grove (left side of photo). It is only open from May-October
(typically). It has a lot of turns and some sharp corners, but it's 2-lane and paved.

Boyden Cave Overlook.

This photo is from the climb up to Bpoyden Cave which is approx 10 miles away from
Cedar Grove. It looks out over the Kings River.

Boyden Cave Stalactites

Boyden Cave, although small is a lot of fun and well worth visiting. There are
numerous Stalactites (hang from ceiling), and Stalagmites, and if you get a good tour guide
(we did), you can take an alternative route around the cave (warning: you may get wet!).

A polluted Cedar Grove Overlook.

This is a view of the Cedar Grove road, and surrounding mountains. You can view the terrible
pollution which is prevelant in the area. Although, we are at approx 5,500ft elevation, it's very
present. You can decide if this is the way it should be, or if we should change our ways.

Hume Lake.

Hume Lake. This is one of my favorite recent photos as I think I managed to frame the image
really well. Although it looks tranquil, Hume Lake is normally filled with families on vacation.
